A heat-treated alloy frame with a 19″ top tube length provides knee room and stability at full speed. The Expert is the smallest bike in the Haro lineup to feature a rear disc brake and has a sealed cassette rear hub and bottom bracket too. Looks fast, goes fast, stops easy.
